There is always that one person on the call that is either on QA or a BA that loves to agree to features and throw out ideas like it can be done over night. Simple right? I will just whip a 1 week long feature in a day, no big deal.  Having a team that works closely and understands all aspects of development, test, and planning is the best way to avoid these types of happenings; or speak up and tell that person to can it that they have no idea what they are talking about.
